Some people are saying she doesn't have much expressions in the movie. But hope she's good.

Tara has not been given a very good role that can use her full potential hence 2-3 expressions of playing a doll throughout but I understand when an outsider gets a dharma movie you can compromise on the role part.

If Tara plays her cards right, she will be more than fine. Dharma launch gives her a great platform for exposure to a wider audience. She has already signed two more films. She has also gotten a foothold into the Nadiadwala camp. She has willingly walked out of Kabir Singh as well since she has alternatives. It seems that she's a smart cookie and is great at building rapport in Bollywood. She will go far if she's semi-talented and with that go-getter attitude.

I am surprised at the hypocrisy of the forum members nothing surprises me how people changes their tune...

when the film was in works or even in the trailer came out, the majority was like 'OH its shit...boring flop yada yada..not the forget how SOTY has always been at the receiving end on this forum.

but now since the movie's on release tomorrow people r excitied for it, thinking its a change from serious cinema, lighthearted fun cinema WOW.. what a change of heart EH?

atleast i refuse to join this bandawgon i found the original crap and this one too..they both seems to follow the LANDMARK movie 'JO JEETA WOHI SIKANDER' and no film can even touch that film's epicness.

you don't need a formula to make a good youth college based film all you need is content, since one shit clicked they r eyeing on another and thinking it may turn into a franchise..for the sake of good content and hope, i hope this tanks and this chapter can finally rest in history,

She didn’t walk out willingly. Story at the time was that she signed Kabir Singh when SOTY2 was to release at the end of last year. But once it got delayed it looked like Kabir Singh might release first and she couldn’t have another movie be her debut since she was being launched by Dharma. Kind of funny because Kabir Singh is gonna release after SOTY2 anyway. I don’t know if Kabir Singh had an earlier release date or not.

I hear ya. Props to her for getting 3 films so promptly. Tells me this girl will be a go-getter in terms of making connections. That attitude will take you a long way in this cut throat industry. If her talent backs up this attitude then this is PC potential. All the best to her.
