Don't try to speak over actual survivors. If they have a problem they can do it themselves. They are fully capable of doing that. And so many survivors are happy that her look went viral cause they have asserted the need for awareness. The 'scary' part was so unnecessary. Speaks more about the person who feels that way than the survivor.

It went Viral. That is sensationalism. Deepika should not have used her stardom to bring awareness to a cause. its attention seeking.

I have not seen any outrage from real acid attack suvivors. Most are quite supportive and tweeted in support of the movie. Even Rangoli chose to support the movie despite Kangana's grouse with Deepika. Only some woke twitteatis had issues and were tweeting negatively.

It angers me that to seem 'woke' they think they can speak over actual survivors.
