rohits films don't have alot of logic, they are made purely for entertainment especially for the theatre halls to be watched with a full audience, people that like his films enjoy the action and the comedy, and tbh it is rohits best reviewed film, even baradwaj rangan and raja sen enjoyed it, i know his films are not for everyone but they do have a audience especially in india

It was an out and out cop action movie after a long time and thus it attracted all the mass audience. Rohit Shetty films are always liked by the family audience so that helped the collection as well.
Coming to the plot, film was not high on logic like most such films. But I think it had strong emotional beats like relationship between Akriti and Simbaa which really made audience loved the film.

Yeah it was crap! Was expecting entertainment and laughter but it was boring. Not an Ajay fan by a mile, but he bought panache 👏 as for sara, thank god kedarnath was her debut she was terrific in that film, but a typical 90s ki awein si heroine in this one-acting wise

The wom for the movie was very positive a lot of people watched the movie multiple times.

We watched it over the weekend too! ... And I am surprised people call this "entertaining" ... 🤔 .. Sara was hit and miss in the movie .. nothing to write home about her! .. RS was very caricaturish in the beginning, too much hamming .. storyline was outdated, quite pathetic! ... It was only in second half RS became somewhat of a saving grace of the movie .. otherwise all and all a very half-baked attempt full on illogical nonsense!
Only thing I can appreciate is the "message" ... I dislike how Rohit tried to cash in on Nirbhaya's case including the eerie similarity to what happened to "Akruti" (-found it very disturbing)! .. Still I understand a huge chunk of Indian audience aren't as "woke" and need better awareness when it comes to educating their sons ... so a "massy" movie like this that covers majority of those areas is worth an effort! ... Tho, I would never put a subject matter like this and entertaining in the same line! ...

Thank God, I wasnt the only one who found this movie junk
what crap was it, I ended up sacrificing my sleep for this piece of crap.

No logic, dialogues lacked authenticity. Ranveer was OTT, Sara had no role.

Sonu Sood lacked any impact.

Uttering the word" rape" in every word felt like ridiculing the word itself and after a while, it was annoying.

Ranveer makes any girl his sister, no bond whatsoever,, then suddenly cries buckets for her and becomes a good cop...then he moves on to the next one, calling her sister...

Ridiculous story, screenplay and acting...

I am glad, didn't waste my money by watching this in the theater. Manikarnika was 20 times better than this one...at least it was a sincere attempt and it showed

Other movies of Rohit shetty like Chennai Express, Singham, Golmaal was at least entertaining, there was a flow to the screenplay, this one was utter rubbish

- Why did the judge took moral ground and admonished the mother and wife of the rapists?
Exactly😕
What was the need of telling that a mother is responsible
