You can see from her recent pics how much she cranes her neck to give the illusion of a longer neck. I sometimes feel she might sprain her neck. When she is relaxed and not craning her neck her neck looks normal.

Hmmm...I think the difference is due to weight loss and the awkward pose in the second pic. She seems to be purposely stretching her neck and turning her head to make her neck look "thinner."
