It's not just her neck. She's also been wearing colored contact lenses but she's more subtle and gradual with those. I had noticed for a while that her eyes looked like a lighter shade of brown than they always have been. But her picture from today looks like she's moving towards brownish/green.

Yup she's been wearing coloured contact lenses and really deep necks lately.
