Just just go by social media, i respect that civilians should not be touched, you just cannot hit someone because his brother did something wrong...

Social media is used just as a tool to create tensions, Divide people of India and spread heart..# also Elections also near. So everyone will use this as a big weapon to get public attention and mostly it will be like a milk on stove, you bring to boiling point and then reduce the flame, then again repeat this to be in limelight ..

people have become very intolerant..and i say this for people overall..not restricted to a particular nation..

people like kangana who are giving such strong statements are not being targetted and this guy was for a statement like this..if this was indeed all what he said

Navjot's reply is an issue because he is trying to make it like Pakistan government or military had nothing to do with it.
As he is trying to make it like it is just few private terrorist groups.

yea, the anger needs to be directed to the main culprits... unfortunately, anger doesnt make the mind see sense... like you said, you are scared for your family (I completely understand your fear) when people talk about destroying pakistan...

same way people are angry cause we have lost precious lives...and the people who were killed in URI and Pulwana were also not harming anyone, but just protecting their country...so in a way, they were innocent too...

I think its high time Pakistani youth also makes their stand clear...cause honestly, lot of Indian people dont know what the Pakistani people think...are they supporting their government in this or not... when the message will be spread that this is not what they want... then even indians will think rationally... right now, most think that Pakistani citizen doesnt care what happens to Indians...

About Kashmir, its all ambigious... Indian forces help Kashmiris so much in face of natural calamities...this I have seen in my visit to Kashmir... but if the locals pelt stones at the forces, then its obvious that the forces will react in some way to stop it... some times they are also forced to go against the forces, at gun point by the terrorists...

i know there is not immediate solution to this...but the only way forward is to be strict against the terrorists and the pakistani government and make them stop sponsoring the terrorism... this will benefit both the countries...

I have also read that Imran Khan is anti-India... so dont know how much co-operation can India hope from his government...

yes I agree with F.I.T.B, @Zara you dont need to worry about India attacking Pakistani and killing the civilians cause that will never happen... Indian government structure is such that even the political parties...the opposition parties wont let it happen... and Indian forces main rules or laws is that civilians should be protected, be it from any country... even from the enemy sides...

The statement is not so problematic to warrant a sanction imho. If it was any other person who said that, at extreme there would have been hullabaloo.

But we have Sidhu here. His sanction seems to be triggered more by the fact that he visited Pakistan twice and hugged Gen. Bajwa than being a politician which pissed off the government greatly. He had gotten extreme level of hatred after the visits so this was anyway just long overdue. He had to face the consequences and here it is.

I feel bad for him though. He's a peaceful guy, always keeps laughing and speaks good. I will miss his and Kapil's light banters.

I didn't mention civilians, I mentioned Pakistan, by that I mean the state, it is a known fact that the Pakistani state sponsors and fund terrorism, I am not referring to ordinary civilians.

Where do you think Islamic terrorists get their ideology from? Buddhism, Jainism, Christianity, Hinduism, Mormonism? No-one is saying all Muslims are terrorists, but at the same time, the religion has problematic elements which cannot and should not be denied.

Pakistan has to be blamed for most terrorists attacks in india. I am not blaming the civilians but i am blaming the goverment, pakistani army. I feel like their army has some sort of deal with terrorists too. Like, you gotta keep breaching border we'ill provide enough resources to you.
Simple logic hai aasman se nhi tapak rahe hai terrorists, aaka log baithe hai pakistan main, the fact that these handlers arent indians proves the whole point that pakistan ( Govt) has to be blamed. jab khud ke civilians mare jaa rahe hai toh mission kyu nhi chalate army leke terrorists dhundh dhundh ke maro na, kyu? Deal break ho jayegi?
