where as gully boy is what we actually call a niche movie..even the music is not what 80% of audience would lap upto

the fact that a movie like gully has opened to 19 speaks volumes that ranveer has arrived

these tigers..varuns are still babies in front of him

let them do a niche movie which opens at these numbers

october ka haal tou sab ko pata hai

tiger does not even have an ounce of acting talent to even attempt one

TM just wants to have fun like in every other thread.
How amazing for an actor like ranveer getting so much praise for his performances and also nailing the BO back to back. What a Hattrick in just a year.
3 Genres 3 different characters and 3 openings around 19 cr.
Ranveer is on his way winning the trust of the audience.

I agree Tiger's action sequences are something else which none of current generation can even attempt without breaking their bones 😆 I am looking forward to HR + Tiger film.

I was expecting a really high opening for Gully Boy. But, considering its genre and niche, theek collection hai. Nothing too bad.

Not gully boy but Simba and Baaghi belong to similar genre and Baaghi did 5 crs more on opening day. This forum can deny as much but Tiger is hugely popular star,

Baaghi's opening day was a holiday just btw and it was a sequel. You can check out the opening day figures of Munna Michael and Flying Jatt too to assess his stardom.

Ranveer's top opening days and all are without holiday advantage on opening day. Even a Befikre opened at 10 cr. He will get an opening day holiday advantage for the first time next year when 1983 releases on Good Friday
