LOL the two biggest BOI (hindi) has 86 crore and Taran has 88 crore (all languages). Even a producer no. regurgitating KOIMOI has it at 92 crore and says 100 crore is "unlikely".

But, y'all are gonna roll with the unverified twitter handle Box Office Today @Boxoffice_Today with its few hundred followers huh? Okay. Thirst for 100 crore is real eh.

u forgot abt Joginder Tuteja from DESIMARTINI...in fact joginder is the one who reports figures for koimoi and desimartini and he has already reported that MANIKARNIKA has crossed 90 crore n definitely shall be in 100 crores...and this was on 11th feb...

so i request...STOP STOP..PLEASE STOP IT...if a film's a failure for you and u don't consider in 100 crores fine...but don't stop others who want to celebrate the success...actually we won't do...try AS MUCH AS HARD U CAN 😃

^wow so finally a TRADE ANALYST has come out with full confidence that the film shall be in 100 cr..i am so happy :)

i'm silent member of this whole and other thread just wanted to know how the film was doing...kangana is a brilliant actress no two doubts in that but for me the subject of Rani Lakshmi Bai is so inspiring and empowering that I would have wished success for the film no matter who plays the titular role...

i also thought the film shall not do well coz i thought there wasn't much of buzz but gladly the people did warm up to it, the film may not turn to be a blockbuster but its enough heartening to know that it will get 'success' tag atleast...

the good thing about its success that now it must open the gates for more women empowering films in indian history. There are so many stories of the bravery of indian women that needs to be told. i hope filmmakers shall see upon it and bring them one by one on celluloid :)
