Since yesterday there is this sudden buzz regarding the ex lovers Sid and Alia. I don't remember them confessing their love on record.

Were they really into each other or was it a KJo created story? Sid seems to be a person who is interested in very uniqely women (Going by the choice of his ex, the one shown on KWK during his debut). Alia doesn't seem to fit in that image IMO.

Were they real?

Or was it to keep them in the buzz?

He somehow gained some fans & Kjo using him as his toy boy became too apparent. Thats when he tried to hook her up with Sid. Also ARK/Varun didn't give her any bhav. Kjo had to keep her relevant and show that she is desirable.
