COUNT ME IN!!
This guy is honestly freaking amazing in everything he does. He floored me with just 2 mins of NOTA trailer and there is no looking back for me since then😆

And how fab was he in Arjun Reddy?!! I couldn't sleep that night after watching that movie. And then Pelli Choopulu, Geeta Govindam.. So damn versatile.

And you are right. He is equally charming off screen. One of the rare celebs who doesn't mince words and fake humility. Thats very refreshing about him.

I came across this interview yesterday and was just in awe of this guy. You need to see this.

But in terms of acting, I still think he has a long way to go. He is a charmer and does well in most of his roles. I just dont think he is a brilliant actor yet. Even in the Malayalam film industry, I'd choose Nivin, Prithviraj and Fahad over him in terms of acting.

DQ in Mahanati and Solo are some of the best work I've seen from a mainstream actor in India, he does this dark & intense roles really well. Let's see how Vijay does in NOTA, Im quite excited to watch NOTA.

DQ has the x-factor and the charm to pull off roles. I loved him in Bangalore Days, even though Fahad clearly had the meatier role with a backstory and all that.

Also, have you seen Vikram Adithyan? Only DQ could have made me watch the film. He made a cute pair with that actress, whatever her name is.

I also loveddd Nivin's cameo in that one.

But DQ and Nithya make a great onscreen pair. They were soo cute in OKK. I don't understand Tamil but I still saw that film😆😆

His pairing with Sai Pallavi in Kali was good too.

Have seen bits of Charlie. Could not watch Kammatipadam. Have heard a lot about the film but 10 mins into the film and I was bored as hell. I tried to watch it twice, just could not.

has any male actor from the south become a pan India superstar? I would not call rajini or Prabhas pan India superstars either unless prabhas delivers with Saaho.
bollywood stars will push out the outsiders from south like they pushed out fawad.

Have watched all DQ movies, a huge fan :) Vikram Adityhan is boring, but only for DQ :)
Bangalore days is one of his best performances, that is one movie which genuinely had excellent performances from entire cast 👏 everyone from DQ, Nazriya, Nivin, Parvathy, Fahad were excellent. Im glad that Bollywood has not remade that movie yet, hope it never does.

I don't think a lot of South superstars bother trying to establish themselves in Bollywood. Working in a different industry with different sensibilities means starting from scratch and playing second lead or supporting characters to other Bollywood actors or doing smaller films. And most of them are not game for that because they have an established fanbase and immense adulation in their respective industries. Vijay D on the other hand seems like a chill guy who is game for experiments and he is an outsider who has just made it. And he doesn't seem like someone who cares about his image. He has no inhibitions in terms of doing intimate scenes either 😆 So I really do think he has a chance. But then again, I dont think he needs it. He doesn't need that validation and the last thing I want to see is him being paired with an Alia or Jhanvi in a lame romcom by Dharma. So yeah am in two minds 😆

Ohh this guy... after GG he's incredibly attractive to me . I think he acts well, shows versatality. Although I had problems with Arjun Reddy's story and his character, I have to admit his performance was great. And he seems really genuine off screen as well, based on what I've seen. I'm glad an outsider has made it in an industry like TFI.
