I have noticed this trend that every time a young star gives a huge hit, people target Khans and be like, Khans are over now. They should retire, give away for the younger generation and so on.
I don't get this deeply rooted jealously or dislike for Khans. I am not bringing any religious angle so forum fanatics, don't jump into the conclusion. But this constant "I am tired of seeing the three Khan" silly stuff people bring up.
People are like "I hate these SRK and Salman doing shit movies", but you are fine when average entertainers like YJHD, BM, RL, Baaghi2, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai and Padmavat become huge hits.
And obviously Sallu and SRK will look to do massy movies because when they tried genuine stuffs like Veergati(really underrated performance by Sallu), Kyon Ki, Tere Naam, KHKN, Swades and Chak De, none of these grossed huge. While average movies like Karan Arjun, DDLJ, KKHT, K3G, DTPH, HAHK, HSSH and so on became blockbusters. So of course these guys would concentrate more on the later type of movies over the so called good movies which audience does say "waah kiya baat hai" but never makes an effort to go and watch in theaters.
While the same stuff against Aamir is not understandable, he is everything you want Sallu and SRK to do, work with good scripts and do characters and not typical hero roles. Still people want him to retire.
