Fresh pairing... i started watching original one, was bored in initial 20 min, 1st south film in recent time i didn't completed, else watched good 10-12 films, sabhi ekdum mast thi... don't know why this craze for this film.

Only an outsider will do such a thankless role in a film with little chances to succeed.

The only Shahid movie I'm excited about is the boxing one ... Shahid at least have a body of a boxers ... otherwise ... he needs to start chosing "clean shaven movies again.

Not that I have seen it but if the movie is popular in its region and same director is directing ... then what are the odds?

I watched the movie and I come from the same region. It is a very poor film that glorifies stalking, violence, bullying and what not. But it clicked because of the way it was shot and the lead actor displayed a swagger and abandon that was very new for the Telugu audience. I simply don't see it working in Bollywood - neither the content, nor the casting (Shahid is miscast).

The story is apparently the true story of the director and is based on himself, so I don't see him making any major changes to suit the new milieu. I don't even know why they're attempting to make it.
