Anil has enormous amount of goodwill in the industry and anyway fact of the matter is , the guy is in a happy and functional family ( kind of) in comparison to his brother who is riddled in debt. Yes Boney propped his career up but at the end of the day, he wasn't doing charity. Anil is deffo self obsessed , but damn for a guy who looked like he did then, he has done well for himself.

As for Boney's fam, even though people hate Arjun and the guy needs to groom himself, it does seem there is a fan base for him as his movies do reasonably well. Sonam for her all faults is a brand for sure. I am not certain Jhanvi will be a star, one can never be certain in BW. If she finds the right mentor, certainly but if its Boney driving her career, then good luck. I am sure had Sri been alive even she wouldn't have wanted that for her daughter.

Dude, give Jhanvi a break. She is officially one day old in the industry. She may have the lineage, training, be the daughter of the GOAT actress but she is still her own person. She is not her mother.

Dhadak is competing against Sairat , a regional movie which made 100 crore plus on a small budget with no hype. Jhanvi is under pressure to perform, BO pressure, dealing with grief. Who knows when she will sign her next film ? She may want to take a break, take it slow or work back to back. She may not work for 10 plus years or work for the next 20. She may get married young, take breaks like Kajol. She may become the next Ranbir who could have a great acting career but not fulfill the superstar promise. She could bomb like most of the Kapoor kids. Who knows how her career path is ?

Let the girl live her own life and career. She is not Sridevi 2.0. Sridevi had a horrible personal life as a child and her career was more for the family earning. She wanted her kids to have something better. It is not up to Jhanvi to "bring up Boney's legacy". More than anything Sridevi would want her kids happiness I think whatever they choose. Screw Boney's legacy or competing with Anil. Same with Arjun. Let him live his own life and on his own terms without any regard to Boney's "time". What nonsense.

Well I want Arjun to become huge huge huge then, he is old enough and eats a lot so he can handle the pressure. He needs to rid Malaika and focus and be the one and ONLY AK.

Who the f**k cares about "Boney's time". He was a horrible. shitty father to Arjun and Anshula and I don't think much of a father to Khushi and Jhanvi as well. The fact that both mothers are dead and he is the only parent left for them means the legacy he leaves behind is being a good father to them.

Anil and Sanjay seem to be good fathers and in the case of Sanjay an excellent chacha as well. Sanjay is the least successful of the brothers too. But look at his legacy. Solid family, supportive chacha, a father figure to his Nalayak brother Boney's kids. Let that be Boney's legacy especially in this time. A good father. Let him step up and be the parent he never was. Let that be his legacy. Arjun is doing ok. He is a solid human despite Boney, a good brother, a kind human being all thanks to his mom. He has money and a family business which his mom set up. He'll be ok. Legacy is not a film career but how you are as a person.

Look at Raj Kapoor, great film maker, shitty human. That legacy is still playing havoc with his family 2 generations later. Boney needs to be a good father for he has some awesome kids despite the person he is thanks to the mothers.

IDC who's son or daughter makes it big, only thing that matters is that talent should win. In all honesty, I don't see Jahanvi making it big. Of course, that's my opinion. I'll have to eat my words if she ended up making big.

What about Anshula? You didn't say anything about her TM. I think she is sucessful in her own way and she have a better career than her siblings and cousins that entered in BW. She have a degree from Columbia University, she works in Google and she handles her mother's business. She can become a very good serial producer like Ekta if she want which can help Boney a lot financially.

I think Sonam can last for few years if she choose to work on good scripts like Vidya Balan. She can support Anil financially because she have her own clothing line business and her husband is super rich.

Who says Harsh isn't going anywhere?

If AB, Dharmendra, Jeetendre kids can get lost in the woods ... so can Harsh the ugly (Personality & otherwise).

I doubt he'll have a better career than Arjun Kapoor.

How do people come up with such creative topics? Creating controversy and conflicts in places where it doesn't exist?

I like this Kapoor khandan. They seem like such a good tight knit family. No matter who is succeeding or who is failing they all seem to be in it together. it seems like the 3 brothers always got each other's backs and their children follow their example.
