Raazi Set To Hit 100 Crore Today

Raazi showed huge growth of 70% plus on its third Saturday to collect around the 4 crore nett mark. This takes its total business to over 96.75 crore nett mark and it should hit the 100 crore nett mark today unless the IPL cricket final affects the film.

Raazi looks on course to become the highest grossing Alia Bhatt film as it should be able to go past Badrinath Ki Dulhania which grossed 114 crore nett last year but it depends on the holds over the next two weeks

The business of Raazi till date is as follows.

Week One - 56,18,00,000

Week Two - 34,50,00,000 apprx

Friday - 2,25,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 4,00,00,000 apprx

Third Weekend - 6,25,00,000 apprx (2 Days)

TOTAL - 96,93,00,000 apprx

I made a similar thread when TWMR crossed the 100cr mark. It is always amazing to see films driven by female leads cross this mark and Raazi is the 2nd in history to do that. Hoping more films driven by female leads cross this mark in future.

Loved the film. Alia was really good but credit goes to the whole team esp Meghna. And I really hope this opens up new opportunities for Vicky. He deserves it.

Raazi doing 100 crs is a blessing for all female actresses.

It is time they get the same credit as the male stars(barring those who debuted in the 90's-No one can match fanbases acquired over a quarter century and over 50 films)

It is time Producers make bigger budget films with actresses as protagonists.

Male actors eyeing 100 cr Boxoffice for their films should give half the credit to heroines,who have delivered big hits.

Alia has already signed GullyBoy,Brahmastra and Kalank ..The gains from Raazi most probably will get diluted by the future films..Janta's expectations have to be met.

I dont see Meghana getting talent anytime soon.Without Baradwaj-she is just ordinary..
