Beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway. Everyone likes different things. Hrithik could be in front of my face and I wouldn't care at all. Same goes for guys like Tiger. I don't like guys that look like they stare in the mirror more than I do and book appointments every two weeks to get their hair highlighted blonde and get spray tans. 😆 What a huge turn-off.

The guys in BW are average but groomed well. Honestly, that goes for most of the actresses too. I see nothing special in Deepika, Anushka, Alia, etc. They all look like normal girls you see in the world. It's not like they're going to take your breath away. The only difference is that they get a huge amount of grooming, make-up, and expensive clothing.

Magazines and movies are totally fake anyway. They get perfect lighting, angles, photoshop, filters, etc. In their candid pics, the women look just as average as the guys do.

There are some good looking actors but not all of them taste the same success. I agree with the comment how BW is a male dominated industry where it caters to the male fantasy. Thus, the heros are not given as much importance to their looks.

If anything I don't care about their looks as long as they do their job, that's all that matters. 👍🏼

Well thats not what this industry is about, if it was only about "the art of acting" many of the big superstars we have would be unemployed lol

This is the entertainment industry and sorry to say looks are important! If you want just acting then I'd watch a play or something

or because it's mainly men who watch the movies, and men who create these movie and they don't care for men's looks. Their standards for men is low but high for women.

U are delusional if u think most Indian guys look like Sid Malhotra not Rajnikanth . BW won't have actors like Nawaz etc if it only goes for 5-10% good looking ones in the entire population . U complain abt nepotism but how many chances Sid,John, Arjun Rampal got ?

isn't it delusional to think that most indian girls look like aishwarya rai too?😆 par chun chun ke laate hai beautiful heroines in bollywood.

For every Aishwarya there are the likes of Anushka, Pari,Vaani etc too

Depends on your definition of good looking...humein toh yahaan srk, Salman, Ranbir, Ranveer, Varun, Sid ko bhi log handsome aur good looking kehte dikhte hain..😆
