I so love the last series of epis where RoSha reminisce their first meet and how they started Rishta.com , Hossaifa's recruitment 😆, their first PA ... ... Ahhh!!! What episodes !!!

Netflix has started Powder too ... Rishta and Powder are BEST series from YRF...
Powder has such Powerhouse Performers !!!

OMG Powder should be its own movie now, esprically with Pankaj Tripathi gaining so much popularity in the past year. Agreed on the performances, both male leads were amazing!

Did you all know that Bhumi worked as an assistant director and casting assistant on Rishta?! I was so shocked to see that, but damnnn she did good!

that kind of stuff is my vice, dr armaan malik was like that too, very few characters/people are like this, most people are bad but act good, LOL..

Ditto! Rohan was witty, sometimes even rude but never a bad guy.
Also, Irrespective of how good or bad DMG was, Armaan Mallik was quite a well written character. I can't remember any men from that era who manhandled women either.

Rishta.Com is probably my most favorite Indian show, period. I'm so glad Netflix added it brought back all those memories from 8 years ago ❤️
YRF IMHO jumped into TV too early...they came in with their freshness during the village shows trend and there was no saas bahu drama in thier shows. Now is a much better time to re-enter, hopefully YRF does reconsider and give RC a season 2. The show left with the hope that season 2 would be there. There's so much still left to explore. On top of that, Sony does not have the courage to continue with risks. hey take them, but pull them off air very fast.

I totally agree with you all, Rohan was such a fun character. He was like this perfect balance of wit and manners. I remember this one episode where a Male Client was sleeping with his dates and then ditching them, when Rohan came to know about it he ditched the client. Also he didn't keep his Dentist GF in the dark about his commitment issues, he let her go instead of trapping her in false promises.
And who can forget the Rohan/Ruchika style Good Mornings:

Rohan- Hello Aurat 😆
Ruchika- Hello Mard 😆

And that Birthday Party of Isha's dad where her dad's GF had stomach pain and Rohan was like "You're gonna be a big sister" 🤣🤣. Poor Isha was terrified 😆

Except for that Creepo Jyotishi guy (Ashish I guess??) I liked everyone in the show 😃

All these shows were a breath of fresh air, but they didn't work. As a matter of fact I'm not sure if they'd work today as well, in the recent past we have had certain fresh concepts like Everest and POW, both good shows and a great cast, but they didn't manage to garner TRPs. I'm not blaming anyone's personal choices just stating a fact.

Did I hear Rishta.Com?? 😲 THE YRF SHOWS?????
Those shows were life man!! 😭 I used to live, breathe and survive on them

1.Rishta.Com
2.Mahi Way
3.Seven(The one and only proper supernatural series on ITV)
4.Kismat (Kane and Abel's Indianized version)
5.Powder

Those shows were masterpieces and far ahead of their time.I waited for their next seasons like and anything and till now nothing comes close to them.

I was a huge huge fan of Rishta.com and Mahi way. YRF should make more TV shows. 😭 Or maybe they can have their own channel because TRP system won't let these shows survive. Their web series are quite good too.

I did a Youtube search and I think Set India has removed these shows from the channel, apart from the 1st and 2nd episode they aren't available.

Edited: Actually they are available, just not in India 😆. Wondering which country they actually produced the show for if its blocked here? 🤣

Here's a video about the best yet underrated shows of recent times. Surprisingly I've watched everything they have on their list 🤣, even Bring On The Night. It had Geetika Tyagi from Powder in it 😉
