As for Aamir's croc tears... he is a full time cry baby. It's nothing new. It's not croc tears...the man cries! I have read about his crying stories since 1988! Rest I don't know. But having following him & his family members around for 30 years now I think he is quite genuine (apart from some dumbass PR activities he does sometimes lol)

People here post anything for the sake of hating.. totally lol worthy..

There are numerous Marathi industry celebs who are also supporting...there are normal people who are also helping...

last week, there was a college student who started contributing... he was personally called on the show and Aamir himself spoke to the boy...the amount he contributed, merely 100Rs, which is nothing...but the major thing was that his pocket money is only 500 Rs, out of which he shared 100 Rs towards the Paani foundation...

you should watch the episodes, even if you dont understand Marathi, it's good to see the efforts taken by so many people, and Aamir is one of the main reason for the initiative.

secondly...a good deed is a good deed... he may have used previous ocassion for movie's benefit, but the paani foundation work is going on since few years so its not like he comes out to do the work only when a movie is nearing its release...

If Pani is helping Maharashtra, then Narmada Dam got 24x7 Electricity to many villages in Gujarat. My Native place is one for example.

So yeah, before criticizing Narmada dam, google up some info. Even Amir distanced himself from protests. He was mislead by Medha Patkar n the likes.

that was one of the point of protestors... there is not two words about it that building a dam does uproot the people in the area...

what is your point in pinpointing me for the comment... my point was that Aamir protested for a certain reason...and here he is helping for a certain reason... what he did later, is matter of another debate.
