If you're doing something do it right. You have the money, get a good surgeon at the very least!

Ultra obsession with your own looks is harmful for mind and body health. Once you start getting plastic surgeries, you constantly look into the mirror for tiny flaws and since the surgeon is a call away, you immediately get surgery.

I would rather that people did a bit more spiritually in this life of theirs rather than just obsess over their looks all the time and then create an unhealthy atmosphere for the normal public too via creating beauty standards and such.
Nowadays everyone who goes under the knife comes out looking the same. That actress Shama Sikandar and Faryal makhdoom, boxer Aamir Khan's wife...don't they both virtually look the same.
Korea is a surgery hub and most Koreans who got surgery look like carbon copies. Clones is what we're creating.

So I don't support cosmetic surgery AT ALL.

I feel like this too. And it's a bad impression on teens or younger people I feel. I mean, if someone wants to do it, it's their choice at the end of the day but I feel too many people look so plastic and odd after it. And yes, Korean plastic surgery is ridiculous. Seems everyone there is under pressure to look perfect.

As far as I know, people mainly criticise actresses' cosmetic surgery for these reasons:

1) Over-obsession with plastic surgery: Some actresses clearly continuously over-do it, even though they look fine. Many a times, psychiatric disorders like Body Dysmorphic Disorders (BDD) can contribute to this obsession with plastic surgery. People are concerned as these psychiatric illnesses can be quite dangerous and actresses need psychiatric help. BDD is really quite bad- a patient with one is rarely satisfied with their appearance and can even perform a 'self-operation' if doctors aren't willing to perform a plastic surgery on them. So, many are concerned if the actress has BDD and needs help.

2) Hypocrisy: Many actresses get plastic surgery done and go on to claim that they have never gotten any plastic surgery done (like hello, how many people believe PC's nose is natural?). The worst is when they preach about natural beauty and self-acceptance. This is toxic for society as it sets unrealistic beauty standards. Many young girls grow up watching their favourite actresses, thinking that only this standard of beauty is wonderful. They aspire to a beauty standard that can't be achieved without surgery. This affects their self-confidence and self-acceptance. Moreover, it contributes to a toxic culture, where certain beauty standards are idolised and others are vilified. Most actresses don't just get surgery done because they aren't satisfied with their appearance but to adhere to a certain standard of beauty which society deems as ideal (skin-lightening etc.). This just propagates certain ideas like in order to be beautiful, you need to be fair, no wrinkles, sharp nose etc.

As much as many of us would like to deny it, entertainment affects societal culture which impacts many areas of life like beauty standards. Whether actresses know it or not, their choices do impact culture. And thus, many criticise when it contributes to a negative culture in society.
