Sure nothing's stopping them and they have a right to what they want with their body. I can only hope they be responsible. But we also have a right to opine and express! For me, I like a natural beauty over a plastic one anyday! There's a difference between what God gives you and what the doctor gives you!

The only people who hate plastic surgery or hate the people getting them are ones who can't afford it themselves. Its that simple. Who wouldn't take up the opportunity to be tweak imperfections, the broke people that's who 😆

I only mind that they pretend all they do is "drink lots of water " , roll out of bed and just look fabulous which creates really unrealistic beauty standards for young women. Not just plastic surgery but also other beauty/body issues. I wish they would just say, yeah I had a surgery to make my nose look better, I diet and exercise. I'm not holding my breath for them to admit surgery since so many people get so judgy about it. It's almost too good to believe when an actress reveals she spent x hours in the chair having hair and makeup done and those are things society approves of.

I have no problem. Just find it bad when someone goes over board and starts to look terrible. Or deny it as if it's such a bad thing to do.

A few days back, I came across a clip in which PC talks about how everyone should feel comfortable in his/her own skin, not get swayed away by the conventional beauty standards etc etc. That's quite rich coming from someone who's reconstructed her entire face through fillers and enhancement procedures. I'd rather these folks stfu before sermonizing as if they've never undertaken steps to conform to the beauty standards set by the society, Like someone said earlier, it's the hypocrisy of these celebs that's annoying.

People can do whatever they want with their bodies. In the film industry, you're damned if you and damned if you don't. People don't even feel bad about trashing underage children about their looks. Can you blame them for trying to fix their physical issues with surgery? Same goes for age. People scream and shout constantly about how "old" actors look and make fun of their wrinkles as if it's not a natural phase of life. So of course most will opt to get fillers and botox. And then they get trashed for that too.

With that said, I despise the ones that gets loads of procedures done but lie to everyone's faces so they can pretend to be natural god-gifted beauties and not ones created by a surgeon. The nerve of someone like Priyanka going on TV and lying about her nose and giving lectures to people about not being insecure of other pretty girls. 😆

Ultra obsession with your own looks is harmful for mind and body health. Once you start getting plastic surgeries, you constantly look into the mirror for tiny flaws and since the surgeon is a call away, you immediately get surgery.
I would rather that people did a bit more spiritually in this life of theirs rather than just obsess over their looks all the time and then create an unhealthy atmosphere for the normal public too via creating beauty standards and such.
Nowadays everyone who goes under the knife comes out looking the same. That actress Shama Sikandar and Faryal makhdoom, boxer Aamir Khan's wife...don't they both virtually look the same.
Korea is a surgery hub and most Koreans who got surgery look like carbon copies. Clones is what we're creating.

So I don't support cosmetic surgery AT ALL.

It's deceiving the adoring audience who go GA GA over a celebs looks and tout them as too beautiful for words and puts down another celebs looks who may not have done plastic surgery or not done plastic surgery.
It's also misleading innocent fans who think why they're not blessed with such looks.

Only very few stars will admit to a procedure like shilpa admitted to her nose job or late Sridevi admitted to hers.
It's startling to see someone who undergoes radical cosmetic surgery go change everything then tries to.pass it off as weight loss or exercising.

So it's not so much criticising as pointing out to unsuspecting other person's who are getting duped that such and such is naturally beautiful.

Even if anyone points it out, they are only telling facts. They are not lying.

If kajol does a skin whitening ad and says use this cream you will become white like me, obviously public will point out there is no cream which makes you go from shade 10 on the tan meter to shade 2!!!

Anyway after what happened to sridevi, it should deter people who get addicted to plastic.

It starts making the person look worse later on than better.
