Aishwarya carried Guru, Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai, Taal on her shoulder alone & made them successful.

Now if you say, people went to see takla Akshaye, AB Jr or Anil (who was past his prime already).. then nothing to say.

& critical success? Raincoat, Chokher Bali etc.

The fact that Aishwarya & Kajol keep getting big production movies opposite big stars, makes the Ormax list, demanded by producers etc despite being 40+ proves they're indeed very much 'relevant' even today.
