What do you know about sanju's case?

I keep reading about how he is a terrorist and all that. The hate for him on this forum is strong but do you actually know what happened? Or just believe in hearsay

He was arrested because he was hoarding Guns AK 47 in his house during the 1993 blasts.

He was convicted by all courts all the way upto SC despite all his money and influence. And you still think everything is hearsay?

He had arms in his posession that he got from Tiger Menon and he kept it in his custody despite knowing everything. Tiger menon was the one behind 93 blasts in Mumbai later. He obviously knew what kind of people they were and yet he helped terrorists. Why will people not hate him?

According to him he got it from his producer friend who obviously got it from someone in the underworld. They didn't even find that ak 56 which he told his friend to destroy. Was charged under tada on basis of other people's confession and later under arms act as they couldn't link him with tada and under arms act because of his own confession otherwise there's no proof

That's how it's gonna be shown in the movie too which you of course will be seen as propaganda but that's what happened and if the court itself has freed him of any involvement with bomb blasts then why the hell would they show it

Sanju also said in those times you had to do what they said like one time they asked him to do a movie for them and threatened him with giving info about his sisters whereabouts

so he took it to protect his sisters because of the rites and also he liked guns

yeah underarms act. He got into trouble because the same people who gave him those guns also did those bomb blasts. I don't know how true is that other story where they brought a truck to his house with all those guns and hand grenades

Whatever be the final word I believe he was guilty, he had Undereorld connections and nowhere is he innocent... just like Sallu and his car crash incident... whatever the case ends up as these two will always be guilty for me...

Forget bomb blast and all, but having AK 47, which is usually used by Military or Terrorists.

Further, he was sentenced 42 months imprisonment in 2013 but he served just 33 months and in that too was out on parole for 5 months. Thats clearly shows how he manipulated with law
