Sairat was good and relevant material and now I think it will become a superhit unless its really superbad. Acting ability is no problem at all as like any starkid Jhanvi can learn on the job. It will be interesting to see whether KJo casts Alia or Jhanvi in Shashank's next film with Varun. My bet is KJo being himself will cast Jhanvi and that will signal the future for Alia.

There's a reason why Deepika/katrina/anushka/kangana all these people are in the places where they are, they faced flops/competition and have displayed emotional stability to push themselves when faced a low situation..Alia was spoon fed every freaking thing, She couldn't handle shaandaar flopping, will be interesting to see if she will still come across/show the same 'maturity' people claim she displays

YRF doesnt have any male proteges for them to look out for an actress. There are just Ranveer and Arjun but they are covered by Vaani, Parineeti, Anushka. Most likely finally her date diary will have space for that Bhatt film.

You are forgetting Dharma has already dumped two male proteges (Scions of the first family) and a director to YRF. Varun is also there... though Varun never worked exclusively with Dharma... so I won't call it dumping.
