Those who are saying Alia is being shoved into our face & what not need to understand that your personal dislike doesn't mean that public is not liking Alia. She is very popular. And much more talented & competitive compared to her current competitors. Shraddha, Pari, Yami, Ileana are nowhere close to her.

Kjo can give you a movie & guide you but can't make you act and teach you how to emote. If Alia had not proved herself and her movies had not worked he would have not offered her anymore movies. And all actors have their PR. I don't think Kjo is soo workless that he will sit and do PR work for Alia.

Jhanvi has full on audience sympathy which was visible on her birthday. With or without KJo she is going to create waves even if she has zilch talent. She just need to plan her career properly. As for Alia, she is no more dependent on KJo, if not him there are other talented film makers who are dying to cast her.

Alia is very talented actress. Kjo or no kjo, she is here to stay. Just see her performance in highway or udta Punjab. Sridevi's sudden demise has created a wave of sympathy for Jhanvi but it won't last long. Nothing last long in this industry. AB's name couldn't save Abhisekh and Ranbir Kapoor is struggling now in his career. Jhanvi will succeed if she will be liked by the audience. Alia Bhatt has a considerable if not huge fan following. I don't think she should feel threaten .

people have short memory..short sensitivity..

by the time janhvi's movie be out..the sensitivity and sympathy would be gone from 80% of the lot

when Late Yashraj can be bashed so mercilessly for JTHJ..a month after his death i assume? janhvi for sure needs to show some serious talent to escape that..

I don't really think so Dhadak and Jhanvi can be a huge hit.

I'm sure KJo will use this golden opportunity to promote his film but I'm sure he doesn't really have much interest in Jhanvi.

Probably he'll give her one more film but that's it.

There's something lacking in that plastic Suparnakha Jhanvi that Alia definitely has.

I don't think Jhanvi will threaten Aloo in any way

Aloo will only be shoved off AFTER Suhana Khan makes her debut.

And honestly, Dhadak seems like a boring film.

Sympathy wave doesn't really work IMO.

In the time of Padmaavati, there was a natural curiosity build up that us Film hai kya that is "offensive" so everybody went in

The film itself generated publicity.

The thing is KJo started to push Alia only after seeing that people are liking her and Varun.

Jhanvi may not hold the Same public appeal.

Plus the media hype around Jhanvi is part sympathy as a result of inertia from Sri's death and part paid hype.

Alia can't depend on Karan. Even if he doesn't dump her she herself should venture out if she's smart but then again she probably doesn't get many offers from others

It reminds me Rani who at the end of her peak was only working for YRF and eventually ended up being jobless

i agree..sticking to one banner kills career in the long run..

alia really needs to explore and on her own now..it is about time

The original film Dhadak is based is a tragedy. That could be a liability because people may not want to view it for that reason alone so soon after Sri's death.

Sympathy cannot give Jhanvi a career, perhaps curiosity could. Ultimately people should accept her like they did everyone who has a career.
