OK. Get the slavery part. Yet that jauhar scene is disturbingly beautiful. Yes rape and sex slavery is terrible. Yet, that won't be the end of the world.

I wish SLB had shot the last scene more responsibly by showing some sadness at least on their face instead of making them like Katniss Everdeen. According to his portrayal of the jauhar, being a one-man woman = pure, honourable. Other wise ,you are worthless

Yes, Life doesnt end after rape...even a sex slave victim when rescued can hope for a life n future ahead. But that is when it has happened and the person survived.

Here the situation is completely difficult, Its like one knows that a terrible future awaits them, which they dont want to live.

If you put a rape victim in the above situation where she knows that she is gonna get raped and there is no way out of it, then what would she do ? No women would want to wait n get raped, right ?

Today's world is so different, there is so much freedom, so many people are there to help the victim, yet as per reports lots of Yazidi sex slaves committed suicides. Why ?? Its not just the society, i think most of them weren't even thinking about what will happen If I go out of here, whether the society will accept them or no...No, their thoughts process must just be, that I am never going out of here, so why to live like this.
