Nah she didn't say anything about tolerating injustice quietly.. And she wasn't quiet, cowering at home while people were setting rates for cutting her body parts- she spoke her mind, openly defended the movie & director and continued making public appearances with security in tow. The upbringing part is about not hiding in fear because of the unlawful threats of goons, but taking problems in stride and continuing with life as usual.

she is the only one whose promoting the movie on various shows alone and on every show she danced on controversial song ghoomar.

This was one case in which actions spoke louder than words. I was really impressed the way she carried herself during the run upto the movie with threats flying all around her. She even went ahead and attended the premiere of the movie with Ranveer Singh (Khilji ) hand in hand . We all have seen Kjo cower with fear and numerous other celebrities who decided to take the safer route when faced with such protests. She didn't back down and handled the entire thing very gracefully and with strength.

yes, how she felt when she was threatened, she knew she was right and hence dont need to cower in fear, and that is how she has been bought up.

yes, she didnt run away to a foreign land, waiting for things to cool down... she openly challenged them that the movie will release... and despite the threats, was out and about promoting it. 👏
