^ I think the 'it' movie only worked out for Deepika in the long run more than anyone else. JWM and Queen didn't do much after a point of time for Kangana and Kareena after a point of time but Cocktail cemented Deepika as the biggest actress of Bollywood which no one hasn't been able to replace or replicate till now. Ram Leela, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Chennai Express,Finding Fannyy, Happy New Year, Piku, Tamasha, Bajirao Mastani, XXX, Padmavati... she has had the best of commercial and critical success for any actress in the recent years. Her PR is definitely annoying, her HW film wasn't great and all other things she does to be in news is irritating but if we keep all our prejudices aside and only look at from a career perspective, Deepika till now is unmatchable.(add to that, everything done on her own without any godfather.)

I think PC is already gone. 😆 It feels like she is just hanging in there.. still stuck with Quantico. She wasn't even there at the Golden Globes this year. I feel she really needs to do a solid Bollywood movie to atleast cement her position back in India.
