December 6 was when Vikrant had first tweeted about the wedding.

This came out within hours of the wedding being solemnized - almost as if they had been sitting on a huge dossier of info that they were only at liberty to release once the wedding was done.

Supposedly Virat and Dhoni both played a part in getting Harsha fired for being too neutral

Yeah Vikrant tweeted as soon as the test series against Sri Lanka ended and Virat began his leave. He even tweeted a confirmation to fans a day or so before the wedding asking them to trust him or something, as news would soon be out, as though he knew the entire shaadi schedule. The funny thing was that while Vikrant tweeted about the Italian wedding, Anushka's official spokesperson denied it just to create more confusion and buzz😆

Come to think of it, India Today did give the wedding the most footage.

Yes, all of us who have our own speculations are jealous. But I find some here quite hypocritical. This is a BW forum so why can't this be discussed? What makes anyone jealous? When the media keeps saying "private" wedding and we know everything, how is that private? And if their family is "sharing" these images and videos, why couldn't the "private" couple ask them not to share and actually keep it private?
I am happy they are married, good for her. But jealous, that's debatable. 😆 Oh yeah, and I really needed to see an article stating how much they are worth together. I was so worried about knowing, I am so glad someone figured it out. And I was so jealous too. *cough cough* PR!

Okay reading this made me realize that the private wedding in Italy is SO private that we even know what song was playing when the bride walked to the mandap.😲

The initial two pictures were more than enough for the media and fans.Those pictures were necassary also, i believe its the right of the Indian nation, esp if its their cricket team captian involved, but the videos and the wedding planners posts and the flower decorators posts .. all of that is getting too much now. Even sabyasachi is going over the board 😕 .. I thought they were a very classy designer label but the way they are going ga ga that they got to design the virushka wedding dresses is a bit creepy IMO.

I have fangirled so much over the beauty of the wedding on the day it was announced that I feel kinda sad that if you analyse it with reason and logic you do realise it was all a PR stunt and wedding was NOT private.

I actually don't understand what the big deal is with them as a couple. I like Anushka and Virat individually, but I don't really find them intriguing as a couple at all.

I may be the minority here...but, I don't even think they look THAT great together. They look fine, but nothing extraordinary IMO especially not the way some people make them out to be. The wedding didn't seem as beautiful as many made it out to be either. lol. I mean everything looked pretty, but I noticed how everyone here was getting all touchy about it and I just could not understand why? 😆 Anushka's bridal outfit actually seemed bland to me. Face wise, she looked decent. Virat's attire was completely forgettable, I actually can't even remember what color he was wearing. They looked happy together, but once again, I just didn't see what everyone else was seeing. 😆 I feel many people have made them out to be that beautiful, amazing, one of a kind couple...and for a couple who we barely know anything about apart from just a few tweets or photos from parties, events and now this wedding, I just can't see how people find them so special.

Everything analysed here is on pure reason and logic.

The problem is not that there wedding is private or not, the problem is that they PRETENDED the wedding is private. Thats the problem .. the pretence!! , and as someone who got caught in the pretence, i feel angry for being fooled.

they did have a intimate wedding just with family and close friends but who says it all needs to stay under wraps...they were happy and wanted to celebrate it... why should their friends hide wedding pics when theres nothing to hide...that video of anushka walking to the mandap is beautiful...you only get married once...why is it such a bad thing if a family member or friend shared it? If you dont want to see the wedding pics/videos you dont have to...it's not like they pop up in ur email inbox...

Yes the wedding is very intimate and it was very beautiful. I have absolutely loved each and every video and have watched it several times uptil now that i realised that they were leaked and planted for specific reasons.

It was one of its kind wedding, but it could have been announced. Obviously the whole india couldnt have flown to italy .. alright fine they announced it later, thier choice! my problem is just for the pretence they created that it was a PRIVATE wedding .. it was not .. and thats my problem bcz they made me believe that it was. Full stop.

lool ppl dont find them special coz of the way they look or what they wore at their wedding...

it's to do with their journey since 2013... and how they have gone through ups and downs.. in the early days anushka got trolled when she went to watch him play in England...then there was the WC semi final fiasco...followed by their temporary break up after which she got trolled again n he defended her... and then to see them make it through all this and then get married ...it's jus nice to see a happily every after in today's age especially in the celebrity world...

it's their wedding and their choice when they want to announce it... they got married and gave respect to their well wishers by sharing the news n two pics straight away!

if they had announced it in advance u wud have still said it's a PR stunt..and when they announced it on the day of their wedding u still have a problem... theres really no way to make everyone happy so they jus did what they wanted it to...im glad atleast they r happy!

Ok I read a few posts. Here is my take on privacy. They wanted a private wedding while it was happening but once they were done with it they wanted the whole world to know. For them those moments were private. Also, celebrity weddings are a way for wedding planners, jewelers etc. to promote themselves and Viru & Anu agreed to that! They also okayed their friends/family to go ahead and post whatever they want.

As for the other stuff...these two look very happy together and they are sharing their happiness. We should be happy for them. At this point in time these two seem to be in love and it's wonderful. I don't mind the pictures! I like seeing pictures of people in love...the world has too much shit going on anyways! These days if a marriage can last about 20 years, we should be pleased. So chillax karo. No need to show so much negative emotion for a celebrity wedding! LOL!
