After such a long time,a romantic pair has affected me so much. That last scene. Deepika's eyes. Shahid's silent goodbye. They both have an inkling that this is perhaps the last time they'd see each other. Heartbreaking and bittersweet.

The music is stunning. Its so lyrical and poetic. It elevates the already beautiful chemistry. You really can't fault SLB's music. Its always so perfectly matched with the scenes.

Deepika makes me believe that hardwork pays off in the end. She was not a good actor when she started out but man,the sheer improvement she has had as an actor. She has used her opportunities well and honed her skills to perfection. She is the only actress in my opinion whose beauty matches her talent. You notice both without ignoring one.

And Shahid. This man emotes so intensely just through his eyes. His acting prowess is so underrated. Am putting all my money on him. His would be the most appreciated performance. Am rooting for Ranveer as well but there's this softness and gentleness in Shahid's portrayal of Ratan Singh something truly worthy of appreciation. His eyes are fire but heart gentle. The kind of king I always love seeing on screen.

I can't wait for this gem to release.
