Is this what its all come to now? Stardom? There is nothing else that should take mor eimportance? Good movies, appreciation something hatke then the usual cycle of Starpower

of course they are..those things are important when they translate to numbers

like a pink or Neerja

but numbers and BO is the key..

film makers are not doing charity..all this content..good movies also come from money..and clearly BO is the key for that

bollywood industry is weird.

male actors taste the real stardom when they are in their 40s.surviving through disaters like salman,aamir,akshay etc did...to become a true superstar you need to go through that phase,every new gen actor will go through that phase...some will come out shinning while others will drift away..that's why the most important thing when you are going through a low phase is how many people are still interested in you...talent speaks for itself there.

actresses,on the other hand,struggle to get meaty roles post 30s,PC knew it that's why she flew to USA...DP is the next.bollywood really needs more writers!

Poor Shraddha, she's had the worst run of any actress in the "Ormax Top 25" - 4 disaster movies in a row. It's not even like she's super duper talented like Alia and Parineeti. She's relied on being a hottie cutie, but with newer girls like Kriti and Disha in the picture now, will she survive in that space? Not to mention the Jhanvi's and Sara Ali's coming in next year.

Sonakshi is doing decently. Her last few performances have been appreciated quite a bit and there is a buzz around Ittefaq. Will be interesting to see how she does in the next year.

Parineeti was also written off, and MPB came and went without much fanfare. But she's just scored a huge hit with G4 and has about 5 films in her kitty.

Kangana should not be on the list. Rangoon and Simran are in the Top 6 performances of the year. She's doing well.

Saif's star has been fading over the last 4-5 years. Bullet-Raja and Humshakals were really poor choices. I don't see him ever being in the Top 10 hotlist but he could do well doing offbeat movies.

Sidharth is also doing well, he should not be on the list.

Why is Ranbir on the list? And Shahid! These 2 are too talented to be affected by a few "flops".
