That being said , I get what pikachu was trying to say , Kangana is not exactly totli but its very difficult to understand what she says without subtitles .. Could have worded it better .. Its just that people having fun at the expense of totlapan is a bit worrying .. Kids get bullied at school for this & have longterm affect throughout their lives .. Best not use it for humor ..
