Hey yeah, I'm not disputing that Sridevi and Madhuri were female superstars and they were the biggest amongst their female contemporaries. But in this topic, I've read Deepika's stardom being compared to Madhuri's box office stardom.. and that just didn't exist for Madhuri. (Nor do I think it particularly exists for Deepika).
People use Raja to argue that Madhuri could carry a film alone. Sorry but no she couldn't. It was just one film and that doesn't prove anything because for that one fluke hit film she had hundreds of flops or she had hit films where you could argue that the other actor had more clout. The Khans since the 90s have always been a bigger draw than her. Anil Kapoor was too.
Note, this doesn't mean that Madhuri wasn't loved or had few fans, this is just about box office, vast majority audience just do not go to watch a movie for an actress.

Whatever they show on TV is not 100% right , not advisable to follow it blindly ..

Totlapan is sort of a disability & to use it as a tool for bashing is as mysterious rain pointed out "disgusting" ..

That being said , I get what pikachu was trying to say , Kangana is not exactly totli but its very difficult to understand what she says without subtitles .. Could have worded it better .. Its just that people having fun at the expense of totlapan is a bit worrying .. Kids get bullied at school for this & have longterm effect throughout their lives .. Best not use it for humor ..

Oh come on angrybread , its actually the other way round .. Kangana is not totli , she just has a thick accent ( like DP in XXX ) .. DP on the other hand , I don't claim to know if she really was depressed ( personally , I believe her ) but no one can deny what she did was a positive thing by bringing awareness around this issue ..

Yeah exactly, kangana isn't totli actually, i couldn't find the exact word for it, anyways my intention was not to mock such people, even my cousin was one in his childhood. Anyways the moral brigade is here, so now the topic can be diverted 😆
