Ratio wise Srk lead: HIT/Films

1. Srk = 27/64 = 42%

2. Salman = 27/74 = 36%

3. Akki = 27/112 = 24%

4. Ajay = 22/94 = 23%

Despite leading in Hit Ratio, Srk isn't suppose to Rank higher due to Lesser Bigger Openings, Hits & Grosser than Salman.

As i said in earlier post, doing less films doesn't make you superior. Your example of one getting 1 hr to do paper doesn't fit here. SRK also debut along with Akki & Ajay, if they can do more films, why didn't Srk did more films, nobody was stopping him or wasn't given films to do (time restriction).

Srk if wanted could have done more films, it would have been unfair if Hrithik is brought into comparison with above 4 who debut almost a Decade after them. There you could say duration in Industry is less.

What an irony...If this list does not have any conclusive evidence is it just another box office thread by you?

Also this logic stands nowhere when flops/disasters are accounted for...you remember MPK but forget Marigold!!!

👏 Nice list. I wonder if Rajesh Khanna would be included in this list or not. Didn't he have like the highest number of hits in his time ? 🤔

Rajesh Khanna had most continuous number of hits...I think 9.

Again i think this list is unfair...Based on hits only Akshay Kumar is equal to Salman and SRK...which is ridiculous.

If Akshay has more Hits than Salman, SRK, and Aamir, well, that's just an amazing accomplishment. It doesn't matter if he's done over 100 movies. By the time his stardom wanes, he'd have delivered around 30 hits and that'd be a record.

Akshay is like Jeetendra. Jeetu jee also delivered around 25-30 hits in his career. After Dilip Saab/Dharmendra, I think Rajendra Kumar has the most number of hits followed by Jeetendra.

As far as consistency goes, well, it goes either way. SRK has been the most consistent star since his debut. Aamir has the highest hit percentage/ratio I believe and Salman has delivered the most blockbusters out of them all. All three have their strengths.

Volume of releases matters too because Akshay consistently delivers 2-3 hits every year. It's been the case since 2012. Aamir alone has 3 ATBBs this decade out of 5 - but he's also had only four mainstream movies in the timeframe. At the same time, Salman's delivered 8 BBs/ATBBs.

The whole picture depends on how you analyze it.

Can u make one for flops, disasters and below average categories please? I'm actually curious and you do have a very good knack for these movie numbers that I enjoy the general knowledge your threads give me :)

Does this even matter anymore? Salman has proven with tubrlight that even he cannot be taken for guaranteed hits. Whats the use of such comparisons wgen at the end neither srk nor ajay have given a clean hit since 3-4 years now. Golmaal is not dependent on Ajay anyway so stip giving him the whole credit.
In this decade salman has given a jai ho and tubelight and Aamir is yet to be dethroned. Stop glorifying the past, celebrating the present is the better idea. SRK is in his worst phase i think.

If u consider Jai ho then Aamir's Talaash needs to be considered too

Talaash was not a box offfice gold because it wasn't meant to be one. Moreover it wasn't embarrassing the way jai ho was with yellowish colors, c grade production values, awful music and ofcourse daisy.

I remember kareena and Aamir were praised so much for the movie, music was great too.

Lets also consider prdp since it was supposed to break records with a grand come back of salman with barjatiya but it did not even earn as much as kick .. salman has his share of under performers while Aamir is invincible even with misses like Talaash
