Personally, Ashutosh.. Jodha Akbar was love.. No mind boggling and exaggerated dupatta scenes or castles and yet a perfect movie.. MD was stupid but he fares well with historical dramas without going OTT which is SLB's khaasa

Eh? When did historical accuracy was needed in NW. Or we won\t have Jodha Akbar , it got not only Akbar's physical persona wrong but also didn't bother to show Akbar's other 2 main Queens especially his childhood one . Among other things.

^^He didn't have a first wife. He had many wives. 😆 All of them irrespective of their religion except the Marathi Peshwas.. No, he won't, just as Gowariker never showed the 20-30+ legal wives and 1000 women (depends on who you read) that Akbar had in his vast harem & only showed Jodha. 😆 😆 Historians dispute her existence even today & who actually were very much an extremely important part of his life, Ruqaiyya & Salima, he happily excluded!! 😆 😆

If Ashutosh was so accurate and showed all wives of Akbar then how could he show Jodha-Akbar as eternal lovers.😆
