ye toh SLB se poochhna padega ki kaun sa wala Khilji hai unki saga mein😆😆

jahan tak history mein padha hua thoda bahut yaad hai..that Khilji was a barbaric , cruel and disgusting man...there is a reason why Rani Padmini chose to give up her life rather than being a prisoner to this disgusting man...

Ab kuchh log kahenge ki Britishers bhi humein cricket de kar gaye hain...toh woh bhi mahan hai😳

Don't understand why these people are insisting on accuracy? If that was the case padmavati should not be in the story as she was part of folklore not reality.

But the article is about Khilji and Khilji was in real.

Khilji was barbaric, cruel in nature but looked & acted a bit civilized, there was no need to make him look like a Mongolian barbarian.
Do not touch historical people if can not do justice to them, there are many ways to show cruelty & barbarism without going OTT.

Same pseudos were writing articles in defense of Aurangzeb in 2015!🤢

Let them bark all they want!

Our country, our cinema. We are free now. We are not dhimmis that we need to glorify barbaric invaders anywhere in our country be it History books, movies or TV.

Those who loved and idolised invaders already got lost and parted ways in 1947.

Those who still love invaders are free to leave and get citizenship elsewhere.

Agree with each and every word👏

If Slb maintains accuracy in details, subtlety and restraint in performances, masses wont come in.Then how will he recover that HUGE ass budget? Ranveer's over dramatic and loud portrayal of Khilji is the main attraction for single screen audience.

Y are people so worked up on khilji's looks? And he wasn't a barabrian, really?? This article seems to have been written by some pseudo liberal 😆 Sorry i don't have a problem with a king who was barbaric in nature being shown as one too by appearance, , if he tried to glorify khilji, that would have surely troubled me, i didn't like the potrayal of bajirao's love story too in BM.

I agree that Khilji was cruel, ruthless and barbaric but here the writer is on about the behaviour and the look of the character.
Historically he was well dressed and had the basic manners. Here he looks like someone from the jungle. That isn't accurate.
The movie is portraying him as a villain because he was one but just because he is supposed to be a villain doesn't mean he was ill mannered wore some weird clothes and ate as if he was hungry forever.

This author is scared to called Khilji barbaric, if she had read history, then she should know that they were olden day ISIS who believed in killing millions of hindu, destroying temples and forcing them to convert into islam and even raped dead women, and killed them after rape, so women preferred Jauhar. When they departed on 47, they kept their missile name after Barbaric king like Ghaznavi, and Ghauri.
