According to the wiki,This is when Badal and Gora rescued Ratan Sing from Khilji's prison.This was planned by padmavati.Khilji wanted padmini in ransom.Khiljis army thought they were rajput female servants who are accompanying padma.But Inside these palkis were rajput fighters.
They succeeded to rescue ratan.Then khilji went crazy and formed a massive army for the final showdown.Rest is history.
