Agree but why would the man agree to sleep with her when there are 100s of American women willing to do same and are more familiar to American audience.

Frankly, PC has indeed been a trailblazer for Indian/South Asian actors but I still feel she won't get what she wants 'cause the time is not right.

The HW audience will not accept South Asians as leads. They hate our accents and the stereotype of Apu/Raj is what they wanna see- just something to make fun of.

Only a Lupita N'yongo type debut can maybe help PC- if one of her movies takes off that way.

Gauhar: Eh I love PC & always say she's highly ambitous, very Inspiring, Bla bla bla. You know this nearly as well as I do. But if I feel something, my awe of her talent & ambition will not stop me from saying this. I do think she's a great networker & massively ambitious & extremely hard working. They all sleep around. But not all network as well as PC or reach her heights. I don't find her success unbelievable at all. It's completely believable.

Like it or not we are a generation that is a part of "gig economy" and entertainment has been that way since forever. You get called to the right auditions only if your agent is well "networked" with casting directors. I don't know why networking is a dirty word to you but it is critical in todays day and age!!

Who you know is equally important to what you know..lets take of the rose glasses and see the world for what it is!!!

ABC hardly cancels any show
From once upon a time to lost to modern family
They keep on dragging the shows till they have lost all their flavour.

Quantico will easily run for 2/3 seasons more.

As for the BIs, I sometimes feel its her PR putting them up, any publicity to stay in news
Otherwise I don't think she has attained some position in HW to be any kind of diva.

And she doesn't really bring box office for hee hw releases in India too

She is auper motivated, ambitious ans is working continuously to increase her portfolio and diversifying it.

I don't think she even has time for a diva attitude
