Baadshaho was a fantastic movie and I loved every single bit of it. As a DIE HARD Ajay Devgan FAN, I came out the cinema with lots of happiness just like Shivaay.

Baadshaho review

This movie keeps you on the edge of you seats and it starts of well with the movie being set in Rajasthan where Ileana talks about her family's history. Now two years later in 1975, the president declares an emergency.

Ajay's intro is good especially with the background nice and shines up with his great dialogues. He headbutts the policeman to get arrested inside jail. His scene where he takes Ileana inside the jeep and crashes into the water was was excellent followed by the romance with that Pakistani remake song.

I liked the chase scene between Vidyut & Emraan especially Vidyut's stunts which were pretty cool. Also, the strategy where Ajay, Emraan, Esha & Sanjay planned to rob the gold backfired as the police knew their plan. Luckily they escaped and caught up with the truck to hijack it.

Superb action where Vidyut and the police caught them but Ajay and his team fired back but Sanjay got shot but recovers later on in the film. Also, the torture scene was good but Emraan crashes the truck into the wall and saves Ajay & Sanjay. That scene was superb and handled very well.

Twist was very good where Ileana was romantically linked with Vidyut and betrays Ajay & the team. Ajay knew about their relationship and outsmarted them but burning the gold and giving some it to the villagers.

Climax was handled very well as Milan gives that Kachche Dhaage feel where he shots the scenes in the desert with the action. Loved Ajay & Vidyut's fight scene just seeing two action heroes going at it. However, small problem because Vidyut and Ileana's whereabouts remain unknown.

Performances

Ajay Devgan is superb as usual and where he plays Ileana's bodyguard who orders him to steal the gold. His drama scenes & dialogue delivery were superb and can easily remote with his eyes. This is why he's one the best actors in Indian Cinema and 2x National Award Winner.

Ileana D' Cruz is gives an outstanding performance in her negative role. She had the charm and looks to portray the character Gitanjali Devi. Her chemistry with Ajay was good.

Emraan Hashmi & Esha Gupta are good in their respective roles.

Sanjay Mishra is very funny and kept me entertained. Loved his scene where he was drunk especially in the jail scene.

Vidyut Jammwal is excellent playing the tough Army Officer. He fits the role perfectly.

Summary

I'm going to give this movie a 4.5/5 because this film was superb with lots of Action and Drama. Story was superb and was one of the strengths of this movie. Overall, it i enjoyed and much better than I thought.

This part I've edited and explained it better. I just need give a better logic regarding his Ajay's performance since I'm his fan.

It's doing much better than Shivaay e.g. opening but all it needs is Hit status. So hope is hope for this movie to cross 100cr. #AjayDevganFan

Emraan Ajay Milan and retro theme is always a treat. I loved OUATIM so much back then, can't wait to watch this movie
