The last time I felt like this was when Nirbhaya case happened. I was travelling to the US then and everyone at the airport was glued to the TV listening to the gruesome news trickling down...of the inhuman torture heaped on that poor girl. Then on the flight, I was sitting next to an American lady and we got talking. She started asking about the case and I wanted to curl up in a ball and disappear into thin air. It was so shameful. Our society is going to the dogs. 20/30 died...no one winces. Women raped...uh oh! Then life goes on. We are animals.
