Who (as in which SRK/Anu fan) has blamed Indian audience for their taste after JHMS? Can u share 2-3 links for a few such posts pls? I have seen them only praising overseas collections but not blaming domestic tastes.. 🤔

Its not abt the audience's intelligence but abt perception and judgement.Overseas audience is more accepting of such romances, while conservative Indian audience was put off by the references to sexuality of the leads.Indian audience prefers family friendly films which whole family can watch together without getting uncomfortable or embarassed

PLease I am still waiting...who claimed that the Indian audience are idiots?? Who blamed the Indian audience for the JHMS debacle??
In recent times the only one who insulted the audience by calling them Launda lafadis was Salman Khan when he said that TL was not for Launda Lafadis but families??SRK said that Indian audience would take some time to understand the magic of JHMS...I don't think that that was any kind of insult...he is hoping against hope that maybe the audience will give it a chance...On this forum...members have praised the overseas BO number of JHMS...so does that equal to dissing the Indian audience...if yes then how??I have yet to see any member blaming the audience for not watching JHMS...some are wondering how and why JHMS hasn't been liked by people? just wondering...does that equate us calling the audience idiots...if yes ...then let me howl about how people have made fun of SRK fans for liking FAN...should then I accuse all of u of calling that section of the audience that liked FAN as idiots...u would say NO...then why is the reverse not true? What is this thing of blaming the audience...who is blaming the audience and calling them names...I am waiting with bated breath to be enlightened...please.

^^ Did you see the JHMS BO thread? Lot of Indian audience vs NRI audience taste battles going on.

I didn't check BO thread, even if some of them saying, its just 1-2 person view why generalize everyone.

I don't care about which "fan" does it. I am technically a SRK fan. But here,This above is not assumption of Indian taste? This is not offensive? Why are you assuming the taste of Indian viewers? "Overseas audience is more accepting of such romances, while conservative Indian audience"...? This is not funny. I don't care how and why it was said. Also, Blue Ice, it's not aimed at SRK fans ONLY, I cannot make myself clearer about this. It's aimed at every fandom. I am only making a thread on it now. This is not only aimed at SRK fans. But every fandom who question Indians obviously or subtly after every movie and make bold assumptions on their taste. This thread is purely coincidental. Certainly not aimed at you all in particular.

Where did I say everyone does it? I have mentioned "a portion" everywhere. Point me to it. I have been pretty annoyed during JJ also. My complaints were met with "I overreact" then and how I shouldn't take this seriously. I am sorry if I take my country and countrymen more seriously than anything else.
