agar jhms 2nd week na nahi ate to 20 25cr zaida karte mbarkaan

Jab Harry Met Sejal 3rd Day Box Office Collection: It's all over for Shahrukh Khan starrer JHMS. The film which needed to show growth after a reasonable opening day, has fallen further over the weekend. It is an epic box office failure.

Looking at the early trends, Jab Harry Met Sejal 3rd day collection is likely to be in the range of 14.5-15 crores. Though the trend in the night show can differ as there is a holiday on Monday but that is unlikely to make a difference.

The fate of the film was sealed on Saturday itself when it faced drops at most of the places. But the things were worse on Sunday despite being a holiday. The morning shows were cancelled at many small centres due to the lack of audience. Even at plexes, the occupancy was lower than Friday. The film started to drop in the evening shows despite the holiday advantage on next day.

Jab Harry Met Sejal box office collection in the first weekend will be around 45 crores. The trend has suggested that there will be a big drop on Monday itself. The prices have been reduced at most of the multiplexes and the single screen owners might replace Jab Harry Met Sejal with holdover release Mubarakan. Thus lifetime collection might even fall short of 75 crores. This is one of those rare biggies which have been completed rejected in the first weekend itself.

The failure of Jab Harry Met Sejal has sent shockwaves among the trade and industry is in crisis right now. Even though the distributor price was not that high (75 cr), still they could end up losing more than 40 crores. While some are blaming director Imtiaz Ali but it is the script sense which has let down SRK. More about the debacle of JHMS will be updated later.
