Atleast where I live morning and first show tickets are quarter of the normal tickets priced. So yeah, a lot of families who are tight on money but want to watch a film do watch movies at 9 o clock. Or if you have a movie and later lunch plan. It depends on people and the day they have planned..

About JHMS, sadly Bollywood has come to realise quite harshly that they need plots and proper movies now instead of heroes and the same nonsense over and over again. Movies are expensive too now. Tickets at 350, plus popcorn at 500 and then coke 150-200 and so on and so forth. It's almost 1000/head for watching a movie with snacks and stuff. The thing about the internet and cable age is that you miss a movie and it airs the same night or day of release (week at most) on local TV cable or a few days/week later on a prime time channel. So there's no case of waiting for a pirated CD, or missing the movie and your star altogether. Even fake leaks are used to create an excuse/headline now. Bollywood really needs to buck up. Haven't seen a Bollywood trailer stir a reaction in me like Guillermo de Toro's Shape of Water did in years! That is saying something.

Yasss woot woot!! A huge props to the Indian audience. They've become experts in detecting crap and no amount of big names/foreign locales/kissing/sex talk are enough to entice them without the presence of an actual storyline in the film.

Don't worry. Even if TOH isn't a hit, it won't be getting cancelled like these films. Aamir has had one genuinely terrible film since 2001, a single Dhoom 3 (which made lots of money tho). I have faith in him. If it's not a hit, it will still do decent and will be watchable at worst. Unlike the cult classics.
