but surely karisma manisha would have never done a DDLJ..KKHH..K3G..Dushman..the way kajol did those

Her acting in Mann was one of the most pathetic performances by any actor be it male or female. Beyond hammy. Totally unbearable overacting.

There are so many other films too where she hams throughout those movies but can't recall those names atm. Manisha is extremely inconsistent.

I am sorry but I have to say this, u find manisha hammy but like winget as an actress? how and why?😆 manisha was ok in mann, I can see how she can come across as over the top

I actually liked Kajol till KKKG, as I was not fan of melodramatic movies (which were common in 90s and early 2000). Kajol was such a breeze in that era. But after multiplex era (with different themed movies) started, Kajol (who was not successful in experimenting) turned out to be just a limited actress.

I can try to imagine, how it would have been if Rani was in Kahaani . But I can't imagine Kajol in it.
