Please women go to psychiatrist, seek mental help. Suicide is not a solution. Take revenge if someone truly wronged you. Ending your life means end of everything. At least think about the parents.

This woman was emotionally abused. She clearly told her parents so, but as usual, nobody was listening or taking her complaints seriously. Because often women s pain do not matter. IF she really did kill herself. It will be interesting to see IF she left a suicide note. Sounds suspicious to me, i would not be surprised if the husband /or his folks have something to do with her "suicide".

In oppressive environments, it is no surprise that victims often see no other way out than suicide. That is IF she really did off herself. THe parents should have listened when she was complaining about her abuse. That was Bidisha trying to seek help. & she was not mentally ill, she was abused! Parents and families are supposed to take their children seriously when they are talking to them & telling them how they feel or sometimes when they dont want to do this or that, or be around certain persons. At all ages.

& psychiatrists are not always an option in every community. Just saying.

This isn't about women or men because they both have suffered similar situations in life and there has been many cases of men committing suicide because of their partners. To me suicide is not an option no matter which reasons neither is putting up with domestic abuse. Let's not give people the wrong indication that it is the only option when life gets tough. It's not. We shouldn't make it sound like it was her only option. Just because you are divorced doesn't mean your life is over. There is a lot to live for and love yourself. If anyone here is suffering depression or tough times in their life I would only tell you to hang in there and be strong. If you need help, seek help. Do whatever it takes but remember your life is not truly over unless you make it over. Say no to suicides.

Oh man this is terrible! Wish she had thought of seeking help before taking such a drastic step! I feel so bad. RIP.

If the article is entirely true, then her parents didn't think about their daughter who was suffering in a marriage with cheating and harassment from their in-laws. If they would have supported her when she wanted to divorce, instead of telling her husband to go back to her, then she probably wouldn't have taken this step.

What a emotional Fool.
All those who commit suicide are cowards and fools. There's always another way to turn your life instead of ending it. Now your parents will cry and your soul must be happy to see them like this. I kind of start disliking people who commit suicide. No offense.

Anyway, may her soul rest in peace. :(
