She was offered Darr but Aamir had influenced Yash Chopra. Anyways, It doesn't matter as Juhi done a great job.

Divya achieved something within a short span of time and was popular. If that terrible tragedy didn't happen, she would have been star.

Many people in this industry were quite fond of her e.g. Yash Chopra, Govinda, Rajiv Rai, Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff and ect.

She was very pretty, sad that she was thrown out like this, even I am Aamir's fan but I don't like what he did to her, she would've suit better on this movie more than Juhi.

People are believing her mother...Her mother had gambling issues is what i read somewhere...No way i will belive what she says about Divya...She used Divya just to satisy her gambling needs...Is what i read somewhere...someone on this forum can confirm

Regarding Divya being replaced in the end it was yash Chopra call...If he can remove Aamir from the film then removing Divya Bharti was not a big deal

As much as I like Aamir as an actor, I mean he is my fave acting wise out of the 3 Khans for sure, whenever I hear this story I do feel angry towards him for doing such a mean thing. His perfectionist qualities does have it negatives.

As for Divya poor girl did die way too young. Some people were mean to her due to how she was but people forget she was just a teen! The mean comments and rumors did hurt her deeply from the interviews of read of her telling her frustrations to a journalist. People say if she was still alive her and SRK would be the top jodi and I agree their chemistry was off the charts. One of my faves for sure, her eyes were so pretty! I try not to think of her too much or else I get really sad. Still remember reading about how hard her family took her death at the hospital they have my sympathy. Gone wayyy too soon. Rest her soul, praying she is in a better place.
