SRK wins hands down for MINK. He overcame his romantic guy image and took the risk. He remained in character for the full length of movie and had max screen time too.

HR was good too but he got to play a normal guy too and Jadoo took the limelight.

But yes NONE of them surpass Dustin Hoffman in Rain Man.

Salman cannot perform such roles so doing Tubelight was a mistake. Anyway I think its okay to attempt and why not- when he least to lose.

His stardom does not get affected; there will be TZH and he is back.
