Can I also send data of my small town occupancy to BOI so that they'll publish it as "Salman's biggest international opening".

We have just one show on Sunday. But it is "International" record of some sort.

They do hate Aamir. The way they write articles for Aamir movies compared to salman/srk is quite evident. Always try to downplay Aamir's records. Even they were quite cold about Dangal's historic China success 😆

One cannot expect Tubelight to have grand opening for many reasons.

1. Ramadan release

2. Not a film where Salman is doing action or romance

3. Seems simple emotional story

So yes it wont have grand opening like BAAHUBALI or even Sultan. But it will work in the long run.

Excuses are meant for FAN / DANGAL kind of films only:

No actress , no well known supporting cast , no item song , no romance , demonetization , cold weather , a small section boycott the film due to intolerance comment
