Bobby - What is Budget of Rabata?

ETP all big actors do. He did it for Sultan as well it was the highest inflated ticket prices ever for the 5 day weekend before Bahubali. Plus releasing on maximum number of screens too.

Problem is people are expecting baahubali type cinematic experience ryt now... so all small budget will do below average business.. unless there is a movie which has strong WOM and good lead.

Hindi medium has good wom bt lacks star power.

I think movie will open around 6-7 crore lifetime will be around 50-60. Most likely will be average.

I will write my box office prediction for JJ...but only during the week of its release 😆. Raabta's budget is approximately 55 crores, including production cost and marketing.

@RamSiyaRam A disaster is worse than a flop. A disaster means that the film is a complete loser, with heavy losses involved for the producers and/or distributors.

Smart move on Salman's part to increase the ticket prices. He knows that everyone will come to watch his film, might as well take advantage of it through collections! His stance seems to have changed since Jai Ho though, as during that time, he said he wanted to reduce ticket prices to help families...perhaps, the underperformance of that film changed his mind.

@Chudailpaapi I will write my prediction for Tubelight in two weeks, during the week of the film's release 😊
