LOL Honour for the PM to meet PC. Kuch bhi.
Anyway, Love that dress. She looks really pretty, can't remember the last time I said that for PC. And what is with people calling the dress inappropriate? What is so wrong with showing legs. It's not even a tiny dress or an skin hugging piece for clubbing and shizz. She looks elegant and sophisticated.

Anyways PC could have worn nice clothes...This is not bad..but litlle long dress would been better for PC...
