@bold ---- You are giving my post a dimension it does not have.

Where have I spoken of my opinion here? More importantly, did I ever object to others' opinions??

I always have respect for others' opinions, it's just the way opinions are being forced upon others, is what I am against.

Everyone has their opinions, everyone has their own POV on a range of subjects, should we bash someone and force our opinion of something on another person??? There is something called as tolerance - a necessity for a society, one can disagree without spewing hatred.

My post was about the way she has been at the receiving end of hate, ridicule, is being treated as the worst thing since Hitler.

I am not interested in commenting on other's opinions, but when I see a woman getting bullied I do wonder at the social intolerance.

You have been saying the same damn thing since so long, what do you have against feminism? You yesterday called feminists as "Nazis". I ignored your continuous digs but it seems like you will never stop. It is clear that you just thrive on making indirect comments on people who don't agree with you so your hypocrisy of bashing them in every comment is getting very stale.

feminist is not wrong bt wen de ridiculed insult house wifes n their hard work n job by calling dem freeloader , lazy ,dependent det is wrong , my mother is a housewife n i know how she manage household single handedly its not easy we should respect housewife's.

Nobody said anything about Mira until she started insulting women and calling them feminazis and trying to put down working women.

She can cry, whine, and demand all she wants about how she is "equal" to working women but she is not. She is a childlike dependent on her husband and needs him to buy everything from her food to her clothing. A "nice" husband may not make her ask permission before withdrawing money from his bank account but she will always have to survive on his benevolence, moods, and whims. There is no true freedom when you don't stand on your own two feet and have zero identity of your own except as someone's wife and someone's mother.

She can be conveniently regressive if she wants. After all, sitting at home doing nothing while the servants work and hubby buys dresses that she can wear when she calls up paps to take her photos can be the lazy lifestyle dreams are made of. But if she wants to trash other women who actually have jobs and purposes other than Wife, people will definitely look down on her.

What is she teaching her daughter? That her purpose in life is to hit the ripe old marriageable age of 18 and then get arranged with someone double her age, become his baby maker, and cater to all his wishes for eternity? Or maybe she thinks there is pride in wasting an education and doing nothing while the servants work?

She is worse than the Kardashians. Calling up paps to take her pics and giving interviews based on being someone's wife and pretending to be a star without actually accomplishing anything.

sab ke paas itni energy nhi hoti k ghar bache office sab sambhale n sabki itni kamayi nhi hoti ki 2-3 servant rakh le , u r toking like house wife dont do anything , managing a house is not easy n who told u housewifes have to take permission to spent money , pati ake sari kamayi bivi ke haath mai deta hai taki wo apne hisab se ghar ka kharcha chalaye, hum admio ko knhi toh credit dia karo , insult all moms n their hardwork by calling dem lazy is wrong, now ppl r seeing women as working machine who cook earn , feed kids should do everything , bechari aurato ko insaan bi samajh lo n i tell u in metro city education is maha expensive so many working women dont keep servents n save their money for kids , chalti firti machine ban jati hai.

dets y ppl hate feminist bcs de insult housewife's.

Not that I agreed with her initial opinion, well mostly her choice of words that I didn't like at all, but I didn't completely disagree on the point she tried to make but failed miserably. I know whenever I do become a mother, I would like to work but also take time off as well - so I'm not against either.

However, people here that are complaining and complained in the previous thread about her demeaning working mothers, one thing I would like to say is that in the previous thread, a lot of the people resorted to demeaning stay at home mothers as well. I remember reading some comments where I was like wow, so how are you any better by insulting her for choosing to stay at home. I couldn't be bothered to reply then but feel it is necessary to point out the hypocrisy of some people here.

I will have to go back to that thread to remind myself of the comments I'm talking about, can someone give me a link lol.

Umm... mira's family can buy shahid 10 times over. They are rich as Croesus. I am sure Mira gets pocket money from her own independent trust/family business/daddy and is not dependent on Shahid to buy her clothes.
