She can cry, whine, and demand all she wants about how she is "equal" to working women but she is not. She is a childlike dependent on her husband and needs him to buy everything from her food to her clothing. A "nice" husband may not make her ask permission before withdrawing money from his bank account but she will always have to survive on his benevolence, moods, and whims. There is no true freedom when you don't stand on your own two feet and have zero identity of your own except as someone's wife and someone's mother.

She can be conveniently regressive if she wants. After all, sitting at home doing nothing while the servants work and hubby buys dresses that she can wear when she calls up paps to take her photos can be the lazy lifestyle dreams are made of. But if she wants to trash other women who actually have jobs and purposes other than Wife, people will definitely look down on her.

What is she teaching her daughter? That her purpose in life is to hit the ripe old marriageable age of 18 and then get arranged with someone double her age, become his baby maker, and cater to all his wishes for eternity? Or maybe she thinks there is pride in wasting an education and doing nothing while the servants work?

She is worse than the Kardashians. Calling up paps to take her pics and giving interviews based on being someone's wife and pretending to be a star without actually accomplishing anything.

I don't think she's guided in her answers ... maybe ... who am I to know? But in my opinion, knowing/seeing so far of Mira, I think she is educated/mature enough to know from her mistakes. She did get a lot of flak, no doubt --- even a "Jahil" would know how to take things from here on ... Do people get criticize on such things as well these days? Wow.

She also excuses herself by saying she isn't a public figure and doesn't have to be politically correct... which can only be used for so long. Technically she is in the public eye thanks yo shahid, so she has to be careful about what she speaks, and yes be politically correct, cuz whether she likes it or not, she is in a position where people heed her words.

I get the sense that she isn't too ambitious in life and is content being shahids wife and homemaker. Nothing wrong with that, but let's not pretend otherwise, eh? Thank god for her fashion sense, else shed be all the more annoying
